Since December 2013, Patent Trolls Have Drained

From the Economy

Patent assertion entities (PAEs), better known as “patent trolls,” do not create products - yet they're able to drain $1.5 billion a week from the U.S. economy by suing or threatening entrepreneurs and innovators. Big or small, no one is safe from patent trolls.

The Innovation Act and the PATENT ACT are bipartisan bills in the House and Senate to hold patent extortionists accountable for their frivolous lawsuits and baseless threats. Don't let the trolls celebrate another year of extorting $80 billion from hard working Americans. Urge your representative and senators to support effective patent reform to protect entrepreneurs from patent trolls. Tell Congress to bring these bills to the floor for a vote today!
